Business Utilities Group/Business Utility Services Ltd/UKCardline Ltd/Whoosh Telecoms Ltd/The Energy Owl Ltd are 3rd party intermediaries and as such have no direct intervention between yourselves or the suppliers, without expressed permission from yourself, an authorised representative and/or an agent representing their customers in written and/or verbally.
In the interest of impartiality and transparency –
Impartiality – To achieve true impartiality the group have set the threshold that it maintains relations with a minimum of 90% of the total market available to any one service, they often help “new to market” energy suppliers to achieve their supplier license under a governed regulatory bodies.
Transparency – All businesses make introductory fees and/or residual incomes from their suppliers for the services they offer those who choose to work via them. The group always aim to offer the best service available to reduce the time, demand and resource drain on its customers whilst achieving an over all saving across the services they provide.

The Guaranteed Saving’s Challenge or £1000
As a group the businesses have secured relationships with almost ALL the suppliers, from across the globe to deliver a wide variety of services, at the touch of a button. Due to our unique business strategy and with some exclusive products from suppliers, the group can create savings that we happily pass over to our customers. We are so confident that we can save you something, if we can’t, we will give you £1000 for letting us try.
In order to qualify for the Guaranteed Saving’s Challenge, the following points apply – • Allow B.U.G to quote against at least 4 of the services they offer via any of its sister companies (8 Services in Total) • B.U.G guarantees to save customers money, not buy them out of contracts – if we can beat the rates you are paying (Rentals, transaction charges and/or any other add on costs) but not buy you out, the offer is void • If we can’t beat the “rates” then the customer must provide B.U.G with the last 6 months invoices for the 4 services they had assessed, for the challenge • Only available to new customers to any business, within the group • Minimum guaranteed saving of £5 pcm, across any of the services but as a standalone service, signed up to • Contract lengths from, 30 days through to 5 years (Depends on service/s chosen) • The customer does NOT have to sign up to the services offered to receive the £1000
• Invoices are paid on a 14 day turn around, by BACS • By accepting the challenge, each customer accepts and agrees to “ALL” parts of the terms and conditions listed above

The £500 Challenge
**To activate the £500 challenge, we can only accept liability if we can’t beat the % rates that are being paid to your current provider, across all types of cards. This does not cover your rental nor any additional charges that are applied to your account. To claim the £500 you must provide UKCardline with 6 months statements from your current provider, clearly showing what rental you pay and also the rates of each type of card and any other charges that may be applied on a regular monthly basis.
From time to time it is understood that as part of the sale UKCardline or one of its appointed agents may offer to cover the termination costs to your current merchant provider, in order to bring you over to their services in a faster timeframe, than you may have available.

From time to time it is understood that as part of the sale Whoosh Telecoms Ltd or one of its appointed agents may offer to cover the termination costs to your current supplier, in order to bring you over to their services in a faster timeframe than you may have available.
YOUR OBLIGATIONS TO US You agree to:
(a) provide such information, data or documents as we may request from time to time to;
(b) ensure that all information and documents provided to us is complete, up to date and accurate at all times;
(c) inform us without delay if there is any change in your circumstances which may affect the services we provide; and
(d) The above wording is intentionally brief as I believe this is all you require. In an ideal world the terms and conditions would be more comprehensive in the hope of avoiding arguments in the event of a customer breach, that is though a commercial decision for your business. Other possibilities: 1. include commission and breach fee clauses in the letter of authority; or 2. above the customer’s signature in the letter of authority add words to the effect: “We understand that the terms and conditions of BUS apply to the services they provide and those terms and conditions are available to me. We also understand those terms and conditions set out commission payments that will be made to BUS and what happens if we do not comply with the terms and conditions, we may be liable to pay a fee to BUS.”
